Green Street Acquires College House to Enhance Student Housing Data Offerings

Green Street, a prominent provider of commercial real estate intelligence and analytics across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia, has acquired College House, a leading provider of property-level data and insights for the U.S. student housing sector.

The acquisition, announced today, represents a step in Green Street’s global growth strategy and its investment in delivering property-level data across real assets. College House, founded in 2019, has established itself in the student housing market through its provision of high-quality, timely, and granular data.
