Gravity, a disclosure and budgeting automation company, has announced the launch of its next-generation platform, featuring the Gravity Disclosure Studio and Gravity Engagement Studio, both powered by Gravity AI. The new platform is designed to enable governments to complete financial reports in hours rather than months, while ensuring compliance, accessibility, and enhanced community engagement.
The Gravity Disclosure Studio aims to simplify and expedite government reporting processes. Government finance teams can now prepare required documents, including Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFRs), Popular Annual Financial Reports (PAFRs), and Budget Books, significantly faster. The studio integrates tools to support compliance, accessibility, and report consistency. Key features include AI-driven checklists based on Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) criteria to guide teams toward award-ready results, AI-powered reuse of past reports to reduce preparation time, and automatic ADA-compliant formatting to assist governments in meeting upcoming 2026 accessibility requirements.
Tyler Davey, CEO of Gravity, stated, “Gravity Disclosure Studio represents a transformation to a new standard for public sector financial management. Our platform doesn’t just automate reporting, it fundamentally changes how governments create, publish, and engage around their financial documents with citizens and stakeholders.”
This platform launch follows Gravity’s recent acquisition of coUrbanize, a community engagement platform utilized by local governments. Integrating coUrbanize into the new platform, Gravity has introduced the Gravity Engagement Studio. This companion to the Disclosure Studio allows governments to publish interactive, web-based versions of their financial reports. This functionality enables residents to view and engage with Budget Books, ACFRs, and PAFRs online, providing communities with opportunities to inform local decision-making.
Gravity’s new capabilities position the company as a solution for governments preparing to meet 2026 ADA mandates, while also focusing on improving reporting quality and community engagement. Gravity currently serves nearly 300 customers across over 40 states, offering a platform designed to automate public sector financial reporting and community engagement, from ACFRs to budget books and compliance disclosures.
