Fi911, a sister brand of Chargebacks911, has announced the launch of ResolveLab, a new smart-connection hub developed for payment facilitators (payfacs) to proactively prevent chargebacks by leveraging Ethoca’s Consumer Clarity and Ethoca Alerts by Mastercard.

ResolveLab serves as a Disputes-as-a-Service (DaaS) solution, allowing payfacs to deploy and resell advanced digital tools for chargeback prevention, subscription management, and risk mitigation. Through a single integration, payfacs can deliver enterprise-level tools, including Ethoca Consumer Clarity, Ethoca Alerts, and Mastercard’s Smart Subscription. Smart Subscription enables consumers to manage, pause, and amend multiple subscriptions from one interface.

Fi911 states that ResolveLab is designed for rapid deployment, with onboarding processes taking only minutes. The platform is compatible with any payment system and is supported by hundreds of plug-and-play integrations via the Chargebacks911 platform, aiming to provide a unified user experience.

Monica Eaton, CEO of Fi911, commented on the market demand, stating, “Payfacs need a fast, scalable way to deliver more value to every merchant they serve, especially in emerging markets where integration hurdles have slowed adoption of proactive dispute tools.” She added, “ResolveLab changes that dynamic. With a single, smart connection, payfacs can connect their ecosystems to premium Ethoca and Mastercard services, protect merchants with digital, up-front chargeback prevention, and collect more revenue by eliminating avoidable disputes and subscriber churn.”

Gaurav Mittal, EVP, Ethoca by Mastercard, highlighted the importance of accessible solutions: “In today’s digital world, it’s vital that payfacs, and others delivering merchant services are able to deploy advanced alerting, purchase-transparency, and subscription-management solutions more readily, unhindered by complex onboarding and fragmented integrations.” Mittal noted, “This partnership is another step forward in eliminating these barriers, empowering merchants with our leading dispute resolution and fraud-prevention tools whilst enabling the best possible experience for consumers.”

By integrating these tools, payfacs can enable their merchants to improve consumer experience through real-time transparency and proactive dispute resolution. The platform also offers access to additional fraud insights and value-added services from a consolidated interface. This approach allows payfacs to implement enterprise-grade solutions for merchants without requiring additional development, coding, or operational overhead. ResolveLab’s tagline “Connect, Protect, and Collect” summarizes its core functions: providing turnkey onboarding and a single integration point for payfacs to connect their systems across merchant hierarchies, reducing chargebacks, and improving customer experience, which in turn helps payfacs and merchants collect more revenue, strengthen retention, and manage subscription lifecycles.

ResolveLab is available globally to payment facilitators.
