F&I Sentinel, a Florida-based provider of compliance solutions for auto finance and insurance products, has named Stuart Granger as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), effective immediately.

In his new role, Mr. Granger will oversee F&I Sentinel’s product management, engineering, and technology operations. His focus will include expanding “compliance-first F&I product solutions that streamline operations across the auto finance ecosystem and strengthen consumer trust at the dealership level,” according to a company statement.

F&I Sentinel, led by co-founder and CEO Stephen McDaniel, provides end-to-end solutions for over 100 auto-finance firms, covering origination, servicing, and refund management. The company operates its Citadel compliance management platform, which incorporates rules-based workflows and real-time refund quote capabilities.

Mr. Granger brings more than three decades of international leadership experience to F&I Sentinel. He began his career in 1991 at IBM, where he managed information systems within the Word Processing division before advancing to director of information systems for North and Latin America. He subsequently joined S1 as its inaugural CIO, relocating to the UK in 2000 to lead its European market expansion.

In 2002, Mr. Granger established and self-funded Informiam, a software company specializing in real-time analytics for the customer service industry, which he sold to Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories in 2007. His recent executive positions include CPTO at GoFan, chief product officer at PlayOn! Sports, and CEO at Identity Sciences.
