ESW, a global direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce provider, has announced Agentic Hub, a new Agentic AI platform designed to power intelligent and autonomous commerce experiences and operations across international markets, with a planned launch in early 2026.
The Agentic Hub aims to enable brands to operate and adapt in real time through self-learning AI systems, with early previews and partner engagement slated for December 2025. Eric Eichmann, Chief Executive Officer at ESW, stated, “Agentic systems represent the next frontier of digital commerce. We’re building AI solutions that don’t just automate processes — they reimagine how commerce can be optimized for intelligent agents that act, learn, and adapt across markets.”
Central to ESW’s innovation, the Agentic Hub provides foundational AI capabilities, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) layer, and agent orchestration tools. This infrastructure allows brands and partners to develop AI agents specifically tailored for international ecommerce. By integrating its global commerce technology with emerging standards like MCP and Agent to Agent communication frameworks, ESW intends to deliver localized, context-aware, and compliant commerce experiences, all supported by secure, scalable, and transparent AI.
Eoin Greene, CTO at ESW, commented on the platform’s accessibility: “Our goal is to make innovation seamless for our customers and partners. Agentic Hub provides both the standards and the structure to safely extend intelligence into every part of the commerce experience.”
As part of the Agentic Hub’s introduction, ESW will roll out four new Agentic AI-powered solutions to address key areas in global ecommerce. These include Customer Service, which utilizes AI agents trained on ESW’s global ecommerce data for localized, real-time assistance and proactive issue resolution. Payment Optimization employs adaptive AI to continuously refine payment flows, aiming to maximize conversion and minimize fraud across various markets, thereby boosting revenue and trust.
The Agentic Commerce solution will seamlessly connect ESW’s platform with new agentic shopping ecosystems, enabling brands to provide localized AI-powered shopping experiences. Lastly, Onboarding & Configuration will feature intelligent agents designed to simplify merchant onboarding and customize configurations to regional requirements, accelerating launches and optimizing setup processes.
Developed as an open and extensible platform, Agentic Hub will offer secure access to ESW’s MCP layer and platform services. This design allows ESW teams, customers, and partners to develop new agentic solutions, ranging from customer experiences to back-office automations, all within ESW’s established governance and compliance framework.
Agentic Hub represents the initial phase of ESW’s broader Commerce Intelligence Layer, an evolutionary step intended to make global ecommerce more intelligent, connected, and adaptive. By embedding agentic AI throughout its ecosystem, ESW aims to move brands beyond mere automation toward adaptive, insight-driven operations that enhance both business performance and customer experience.
