Esker, a provider of AI Automation Suite for the Office of the CFO, has announced a strategic partnership with Numen, a technology solutions company specializing in SAP digital transformation. This collaboration aims to support enterprises across North and South America in transforming their finance and operations ecosystems as they prepare for the next phase of SAP modernization.

The partnership addresses a critical juncture for SAP users, as maintenance for ECC 6.0 is scheduled to be phased out between late 2025 and 2027. With approximately one-third of enterprises having completed migrations to S/4HANA, a significant number of organizations, including 86.7% of Esker’s SAP customers, need to update their ERP environments and require expert guidance for this transition.

Ari Widlansky, managing director and U.

S. chief operating officer at Esker, stated, “This is a pivotal moment for SAP-driven enterprises migrating to the next generation of cloud-based ERP platforms. Thousands of organizations are rethinking their ERP environments. This partnership aligns with Esker’s strategy to become a trusted AI automation platform for the Office of the CFO in an ERP-cloud world. Partnering with Numen, a trusted SAP consultancy, allows Esker to support SAP-powered customers not only with our solutions but also with Numen’s deep expertise in building and future-proofing SAP ecosystems.”

As enterprises migrate to S/4HANA and adopt cleaner, cloud-based architectures, Esker and Numen will deliver AI-powered automation to simplify and accelerate finance and operations. This includes areas such as order management, procurement, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. By combining Esker’s Automation Suite with Numen’s network of over 1,000 SAP consultants, the partnership seeks to accelerate time-to-value, enhance interoperability, and provide greater visibility across finance operations during ERP transitions.

Esker’s suite of automation solutions also supports the industry’s shift toward standardization over extensive customization. Organizations, particularly in manufacturing, life sciences, distribution, and consumer goods, are moving away from heavily customized ERP builds that often lead to costly and complex future upgrades. Esker’s modular, SaaS-based solutions offer an agile and future-proof approach to automation.

Eduardo Nagata, CEO, Numen North America, commented, “Modern SAP customers seek flexibility and simplicity, not complex, customized systems that hinder innovation. Esker’s platform complements our SAP public cloud offering effectively. Together, we are enabling companies to standardize and scale faster, with powerful interfaces for customers and suppliers that SAP’s native environment does not provide.”

The collaboration will also leverage Esker’s U.

S. presence with Numen’s nearshore delivery model in Brazil, which is expected to reduce implementation costs and lead times for enterprises across the Americas. This combined expertise aims to lower the barrier to entry for companies embracing digital transformation by offering cost-effective, regionally aligned support that bridges technology, language, and time zones.

Widlansky added, “Partnering with Numen broadens Esker’s ability to serve SAP customers faster and more affordably. It’s about meeting customers where they are, helping them transition without disruption, and positioning them for long-term success.” Customers can anticipate an expanded network of certified delivery experts, enhanced SAP integration capabilities, and a streamlined path to adopting Esker’s AI-driven automation as they modernize their ERP environments.
