Rebelution, a company specializing in marketplace enablement, has announced the appointment of Edo Sacagiu as an advisor to Growvana, its e-commerce growth platform. In this role, Sacagiu will focus on Growvana’s partner strategy, data-focused operations, and market positioning within the e-commerce sector.
Sacagiu brings over a decade of experience from companies such as Front Row, MFour Research, Pacvue, and Noogata. His background includes expertise in marketplace software, assisting brands with growth on platforms like Amazon through real-time analytics and software-enabled workflows.
Rohan Thambrahalli, founder and president of Rebelution and Growvana, commented on the appointment, noting Amazon’s significant share of the U.S. e-commerce market—over 40 percent, representing $540 billion in online retail revenue. Thambrahalli stated, “Edo’s expertise in marketplace analytics, vendor strategy, and data-driven execution positions Growvana to help brands unlock new revenue opportunities and scale with greater confidence.”
Growvana’s platform is designed to connect suppliers directly with retailers, aiming to optimize revenue and improve terms by eliminating intermediaries. It facilitates profitability through purchase-order shipping, mitigates risks by addressing chargebacks, and enhances cash flow. The platform also automates orders and inventory management, streamlines vendor onboarding and compliance, offers working capital solutions, and provides real-time insights across marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, and Target, supporting decision-making.
Sacagiu expressed his perspective on joining Growvana, referencing the nearly 2 million active third-party sellers on Amazon and brands’ demand for improved visibility and margins. He remarked, “Growvana stands out as a unique solution. I know what excites brands and I’m passionate about helping them navigate this complexity through stronger partnerships and faster execution.”
His appointment reflects Growvana’s continued development of its platform. Sacagiu further added, “Today’s brands don’t need more tools; they need sharper ones. At Growvana, I’m excited to apply data in ways that drive impact.”
