Edge Focus, a technology-enabled private-credit firm specializing in consumer assets, has completed EDGEX 2025-2, its second asset-backed securitization, totaling $200 million and backed by unsecured consumer loans.

The Rule 144A transaction leverages Edge Focus’s proprietary underwriting and analytics platforms, Origin and Lens, advancing the firm’s multi-platform capital markets strategy. The offering featured two senior notes that were placed with major institutional investors, indicating continued demand for Edge Focus’s technology-driven credit structuring.

Performance Trust Capital Partners served as the structuring agent for the transaction, with CRB Securities, LLC, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member, also playing a lead role. Nelnet Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nelnet, Inc. (NYSE: NNI), acted as co-sponsor. CRB Securities is a subsidiary of CRB Group Inc., parent company of Cross River Bank, and focuses on solving financing needs for clients seeking to access capital markets through securities issuance.
