Building on nearly a decade of experience with its original clinical trial payment solution, dashClinical now features digital payment enhancements. These include automatic alerts and SpendIT SendIT technology, which allows recipients the option of spending or sending funds to an account of their choosing. The solution facilitates participant payments through physical or digital reloadable cards, aiming to eliminate manually issued checks and reimbursement delays.
dashClinical integrates with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) tools. This integration delivers compliant, real-time payments that adhere to HIPAA, SOC 2, and financial-grade security standards. With its international reach and a dedicated client success team for clinical trials, Dash Solutions aims to provide comprehensive support for navigating global requirements.
To support its expanding clinical trials business segment, Dash Solutions has grown its dedicated team with recent hires in implementation and customer support. Notably, Bethany Buscher has been appointed as SVP, Disbursements Client Success, bringing experience in clinical trial payments and client growth.
