CyberScope, the Web3 security arm of TAC InfoSec Limited (NSE: TAC), has received approval and listing in USDC’s Issuer Circle’s Partner Allowance Program, following a multi-stage compliance and governance review.

This approval occurs as stablecoins encounter an increasingly regulated financial infrastructure within the United States. Circle, the issuer of USD Coin (USDC), operates a prominent dollar-backed stablecoin and adheres to a compliance-first framework that aligns with institutional and regulatory standards. USDC is integrated across major blockchains, exchanges, fintech platforms, and enterprise payment systems, enhancing its use cases and ecosystem visibility.

CyberScope’s inclusion in USDC’s Issuer Circle followed a three-stage screening and review process. This included two formal presentations and a final evaluation by Circle’s Partner Alliance jury and board. The process is designed to assess governance controls, compliance alignment, and operational maturity in the evolving digital asset landscape.

With financial institutions and policymakers in the United States intensifying their oversight of digital asset infrastructure, service providers in the stablecoin ecosystem are subject to greater due diligence requirements. CyberScope’s approval into Circle’s ecosystem positions the company as a recognized security provider for organizations utilizing USDC, indicating its readiness to operate alongside regulated financial rails.

This milestone coincides with CyberScope’s advancement toward a proposed U.

S. public listing on Nasdaq. The company aims to become the first publicly listed Web3 security-focused entity operating within the ecosystem’s established guardrails. Institutional validation from Circle reinforces CyberScope’s efforts to establish itself as an infrastructure-aligned participant not only in the crypto-native space but also within the broader financial ecosystem.

CyberScope, a TAC Security Company, is a publicly listed global cybersecurity firm that serves clients in over 100 countries. As part of its 2030 vision, TAC Security has articulated its objective to become a leading cybersecurity player.
