CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) has launched the Charlotte AI AgentWorks Ecosystem, collaborating with Accenture, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Anthropic, Deloitte, Kroll, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Salesforce, and Telefónica Tech, to enable customers to securely build, orchestrate, and scale custom security agents using its no-code development platform and frontier AI models on the Falcon® platform. Charlotte AI AgentWorks offers a no-code development platform within the Falcon platform, allowing security teams to develop, test, and deploy custom agents with enterprise-grade security and governance. The ecosystem integrates with leading AI models such as Anthropic Claude, NVIDIA Nemotron, and OpenAI GPT, along with AI infrastructure services like Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker, providing flexibility across various frontier models to accelerate security workflows. Technology providers and global system integrators are leveraging AgentWorks to create new business opportunities. Accenture, Deloitte, Kroll, Salesforce, and Telefónica Tech are among the partners designing and deploying security agents tailored to specific customer requirements. Rex Thexton, Chief Technology Officer at Accenture Cybersecurity, noted that organizations face sophisticated threats requiring machine-speed security operations and often struggle with deploying trusted AI at scale. He stated that Accenture is collaborating with CrowdStrike to enhance customization in the agentic Security Operations Center (SOC), assisting clients in building reliable, tailored agents. David Burg, Global Head of Cyber Risk at Kroll, highlighted the pressure on security teams for faster and more precise responses to complex threats. He mentioned that Charlotte AI AgentWorks supports operationalizing AI within managed detection and response, enabling the creation of tailored agents that accelerate investigations and response efforts. Alejandro Ramos Fraile, Global Cybersecurity Director at Telefónica Tech, expressed belief in an agentic future for cybersecurity operations, where AI agents and human experts work as a unified system. He indicated that CrowdStrike’s Charlotte AI AgentWorks is accelerating Telefónica Tech’s shift to an AI-Native SOC by industrializing security expertise into scalable agents for improved detection, response, and cyber resilience. The Charlotte Agentic SOAR component ensures orchestration and trust across the entire agentic SOC value chain. It unifies the CrowdStrike Agentic Security Workforce, agents developed through AgentWorks, and trusted third-party agents into a single coordinated system. CrowdStrike’s native AI Detection and Response (AIDR), Agentic SOAR workflow-level controls, and AgentWorks guardrails are designed to secure collaboration between agents and between analysts and agents. CrowdStrike is expanding the Charlotte AI AgentWorks ecosystem to foster innovation among partners, enable customers to deploy secure agents for breach prevention, and benefit the entire ecosystem through the Falcon platform.
