Colibri Real Estate has launched the Real Estate AI Specialist (REAIS) certification, an initial comprehensive AI training program specifically designed for real estate professionals, addressing the growing need for structured education as AI tool adoption rises within the industry.
The REAIS certification aims to equip real estate licensees with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflows, all while upholding industry regulations and consumer protection laws. The program is structured into four expert-led courses, totaling seven hours of instruction, accessible through Colibri’s online platform for self-paced learning.
Upon completing the certification, real estate professionals will gain access to 25 practical AI tools that can be implemented immediately. The program also provides real-world examples and ethical AI strategies to ensure compliant practice. The curriculum ranges from foundational AI knowledge to advanced applications, covering AI tools for client service, property analysis, risk management, and communication.
