Circle K Pro Digital+ facilitates payments at over 7,000 Circle K locations and any establishment where Visa is accepted, encompassing major fuel brands and toll networks. The solution enables drivers to locate fuel stations and initiate fueling directly from their mobile devices, providing fleet operators with an automated payment experience designed to enhance security, optimize costs, and simplify financial management.
Reno Øhlenschlæger, Vice President Global B2B Mobility and Sales at Circle K, stated, “We chose to partner with Car IQ to introduce a true digital fleet payment breakthrough. With Circle K Pro Digital+, we’re going beyond traditional fuel cards to offer a fully automated, digital (cardless) payment solution that meets the evolving needs of today’s fleets. This is more than just a fuel payment tool—it’s an all-in-one solution that offers an easy cardless payment experience which makes it easy for companies to manage their drivers and vehicle-related expenses at scale.”
Sterling Pratz, CEO of Car IQ, added, “We’ve seen increasing customer demand for digital-first payment solutions, and our partnership with Circle K is reflective of this industry shift. We are thrilled to team up with one of the largest fuel providers in the world and open the market to vehicle-based payments at scale.”
Fleet operators utilizing Circle K Pro Digital+ gain access to a centralized dashboard for transaction tracking and financial oversight. Key features include instant driver onboarding and offboarding without the need for card mailing, nationwide coverage, real-time transaction visibility, and fraud prevention through geofencing to unlock payments. Research from a Visa whitepaper published in February 2025 indicates that fleets using vehicle-based payments can achieve up to 13.6% savings on fuel, with 12% directly attributed to fraud reduction.
Car IQ is a financial technology company, and its credit card services are provided and issued by Lewis & Clark Bank, Member FDIC. Circle K Pro Digital+ is currently available for fleet operators seeking to streamline fueling, reduce operational costs, and eliminate physical cards, while maintaining a convenient experience at Circle K sites across the U.
