Charted, a provider of accounts payable automation software and ERP services, has announced the opening of its UK office to support users across the UK and EMEA regions. This expansion follows the company’s launch of International Payments and an official rebrand in 2025, marking a continued growth trajectory aimed at assisting accounts payable (AP) teams in streamlining their processes through advanced automation and AI capabilities.

Initially established a decade ago as a consulting firm focused on implementing ERP systems for large organizations, Charted transitioned its expertise into an ERP-native SaaS platform. This platform is designed to streamline end-to-end AP processes for businesses operating across multiple entities and currencies, addressing recurring challenges identified during its consulting phase.

Bernardo Enciso, CEO of Charted, stated, “Even with modern ERP systems in place, accounts payable remains one of the most manual and fragmented areas of finance, especially for organizations operating across regions, entities and currencies.” He added, “Charted focuses on solving those gaps directly inside the ERP, helping finance teams reduce friction, improve controls and gain real-time clarity without relying on external systems. We’re excited to bring that approach to customers and partners across the UK and EMEA.”

Charted maintains a presence across North America and serves international customers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. The new UK office signifies a deeper commitment to supporting the region with dedicated resources and planned investments in additional internationally-focused products.

Derrick Angle, Head of Global Partnerships at Charted, commented on the opportunity in EMEA. “The expansive partner ecosystem in EMEA is an exciting opportunity for Charted,” he noted. “We have already had strong interest from local partners and are working to bring our unique approach to end-to-end AP Automation to the region, with plans for future products to address specific paint points.” Charted has appointed Dominic Reid to lead its Go-To-Market efforts from the EMEA headquarters in London and plans to welcome Enes Sarioglu to the team in January to provide local technical support.

The Charted approach to AP automation emphasizes an end-to-end workflow that operates natively within a customer’s ERP suite, aiming to eliminate the need for external integrations. The platform manages the entire AP process, from invoicing and vendor onboarding to approvals, payments, document matching and management, and intelligent accruals for efficient book closing. This integrated system ensures audit trails are maintained within a single platform.

Charted currently supports organizations in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium across various sectors, including biotech, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and technology. The company intends to provide technical support in local time zones. Charted’s products offer complete end-to-end AP Automation for European customers, with further solutions tailored to European needs anticipated in 2026. The company is also working to integrate e-invoicing into its AP solution, with an expected launch in Q1 2026. Charted is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and adheres to data protection processes in accordance with European Data Protection Laws, as established by the European Commission or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
