Cerberus Capital Management, a global alternative investment firm with approximately $70 billion in assets, has selected Behavox, an AI company specializing in data-driven insights for businesses, to provide its Quantum AI solution for communications surveillance.
Behavox Quantum offers AI-native communications surveillance capabilities across voice, chat, and email in multiple languages. This solution aims to enhance true positive detection and improve operational efficiency for compliance programs. Quantum is an integral part of Behavox’s broader Unified Controls Framework, which also encompasses Intelligent Archive, Trade Surveillance, and Policy Management.

This arrangement enables internal compliance teams to concentrate on strategic direction rather than daily alert processing.
