CellTrust SL2 is a mobile platform designed to automatically capture SMS, Chat, and WhatsApp communications, thereby addressing regulatory obligations for businesses. The integration with Microsoft Teams allows users to conduct compliant communications, including text, WhatsApp, or Teams messages, directly within the Teams interface on both desktop and mobile devices, without requiring additional applications or tools.

CellTrust SL2 for Microsoft Teams is engineered on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Entra ID to deliver security, compliance, and scalability for mobile communication management. The solution is designed with a familiar and intuitive interface to minimize training requirements.
SL2 for Teams supports versatile messaging capabilities, including One-to-One, Group, BCC, and WhatsApp messaging. Users can access work accounts through Microsoft Entra ID and synchronize Microsoft Outlook contacts for unified communication. The platform also facilitates messaging compliance through automatic archiving with leading Electronic Information Archiving (EIA) providers, with optional features like CellTrust’s content moderation, quarantining, and alerting.
