CellTrust, a provider of secure and compliant mobile communication solutions, has announced the rebrand and release of SL2 Private AI for content moderation and compliance across SMS, chat, and WhatsApp messaging. This solution aims to give compliance leaders the ability to mitigate breaches, data leakage, and reputational damage.
SL2 Private AI leverages traditional AI with advanced decision-making features, specifically not utilizing Generative AI (GEN AI) or Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). The system analyzes existing data based on its programming and does not engage in machine learning or content generation. A key aspect is that customer data remains confidential and is not shared with external AI models or third-party AI learning services.
The release addresses the increasing stringency in supervisory requirements for monitoring and analyzing electronic communications. Regulated industries, including financial services, government, and healthcare, face more frequent enforcement actions related to conduct violations such as abusive language, offensive content, or the disclosure of sensitive personal information. SL2 Private AI is designed to automatically detect, block, or flag potentially inappropriate content that conflicts with enterprise policies before it is processed through the gateway. This protection extends to preventing compliance breaches, financial penalties, and reputational damage. The solution scans mobile communication content over the SL2 channel for various types of information, including profanity, offensive content, sexually explicit content, suggestive content, and personal data.
The system offers predefined moderation templates and fully customizable options. Compliance teams can adjust moderation policies or add custom lists of words or content strings to be flagged. Messages with a high-risk score are automatically detected and held for review at the gateway, with the moderator having the ability to approve or block the message, and the sender receiving an automatic notification.
