Bragg Gaming Group has announced a strategic partnership with Golden Whale Productions, an iGaming data science leader, to integrate advanced machine learning and AI models, supporting Bragg’s goal of becoming an “AI-First” company by 2027. This collaboration aims to enhance the predictive intelligence capabilities of Bragg’s Player Account Management (PAM) platform, driving cost efficiencies and improving operational excellence. All Bragg platform customers are expected to benefit from this AI-powered predictive intelligence through a proof-of-concept engagement within the 30+ regulated markets Bragg operates in.
Luka Pataky, Bragg’s Executive VP of AI and Innovation, stated that this partnership represents a “foundational step in the development of what we call the Bragg AI Brain.” This data-driven artificial intelligence engine is designed to power smarter decisions and intelligent products across the Bragg Ecosystem. By integrating Golden Whale’s specialized Foundation models, Bragg aims to enrich its Predictive Intelligence Layer, enabling the automation of complex workflows, optimization of player incentives, and delivery of hyper-personalized player experiences.
Matevz Mazij, Chief Executive Officer at Bragg, highlighted the partnership as a significant move in maximizing the value of their player base. He emphasized Bragg’s strategy to reinforce its foundations and ensure long-term business stability by leveraging technology efficiencies through AI. This approach aims to reduce costs and foster greater improvements to operational leverage, ensuring excellence across the business.
The initiative focuses on validating and deploying accurate predictive models to forecast key metrics, including revenue potential at 30-day, 90-day, and 1-year intervals. The system will also identify player departure probability windows at 3-day, 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day markers, enabling proactive retention strategies. These insights will be integrated into Bragg’s operational platform, providing marketing and operational teams with real-time, actionable data for automated, personalized retention and reactivation campaigns. This directly supports the company’s objective to increase proprietary content revenue and expand revenue contribution.
Golden Whale Productions leverages AI and machine learning to achieve significant growth uplifts. Their approach has reportedly resulted in a 140% accumulated growth acceleration over a 12-month period. At a campaign level, their platform has demonstrated a 6% to 20% uplift while simultaneously achieving a 20% reduction in bonus costs. These improvements are designed to offer an immediate return on investment without requiring new tools or workflows.
