As of October 27, 2025, BNBX reported 4.35 million shares outstanding, with 23.71 million shares outstanding on a fully diluted basis. The company’s treasury holdings include approximately 15,553 BNB, held through direct holdings and OBNB Trust units, alongside $8.4 million in cash reserves.
BNBX’s strategy focuses on unlocking institutional-grade access to the Binance ecosystem, utilizing non-directional yield strategies and long BNB exposure.
