Aperture Global Real Estate, a luxury brokerage that launched globally, has announced a strategic partnership with Rechat, a real estate AI-powered super app. This collaboration integrates Rechat’s mobile-first platform as the core of Aperture’s agent experience, enabling streamlined management of marketing, contacts, transactions, and communication.
Since its launch earlier this year, Aperture Global Real Estate has expanded its operations to 17 U.S. states and four global cities. The decision to adopt Rechat reflects the company’s focus on equipping agents with advanced tools that aim to improve efficiency and support high-performance workflows.
Robert Palmer, founder of Aperture Global Real Estate, stated, “Agents don’t need more software – they need smarter software. With Rechat, our agents gain a powerful advantage while simplifying their daily workflows. This partnership is about creating more time, clarity, and capacity to serve at the highest level.” Rechat is designed to consolidate multiple systems into one platform, featuring a People Center for lead and relationship management, a Marketing Center for MLS-integrated and brand-compliant campaigns, and a Deals Center for transaction management.
Rechat includes an integrated AI assistant named Lucy, which automates tasks such as building listing websites, sending email campaigns, prioritizing leads, and completing transaction paperwork, offering voice-activated support. Shayan Hamidi, CEO of Rechat, commented, “Rechat was built to give agents a real competitive edge – not more software. With Aperture, we’re excited to bring even more agents the kind of technology that gets out of their way and helps them win more business, with less effort.”
Rechat reports a 75 percent CRM adoption rate and a 95 percent user satisfaction score. For Aperture, this integration represents an investment in agent success, client service, and long-term scalability. Emil Sedgh, Chief Technology Officer at Rechat, noted, “Integrating with Aperture allows us to eliminate redundant steps and create tighter, more intelligent workflows that accelerate the listing process.”
The partnership supports Aperture’s broader mission to empower agents to deliver service in the luxury market. By simplifying backend processes, agents can focus more on clients and dealmaking. Mercedes Saewitz, Senior Vice President of Operations at Aperture, stated, “Rechat eliminated the need to manage multiple systems and freed up our internal teams to focus more on agent support, onboarding, and training. It’s a real shift in how we operate.”
With the integration now fully implemented across Aperture, both companies affirm their perspective that technology should empower, rather than complicate, the agent experience.
