Altaline Capital Management, LLC and Haven Capital Partners have announced the formation of Saratoga Compliance Solutions, a new insurance compliance platform created through the simultaneous acquisitions and combination of 3H Compliance Group (3HCG) and National Licensing Compliance Group (NLCG).
The newly formed Saratoga Compliance Solutions aims to provide a comprehensive suite of solutions to the insurance industry, addressing the increasing complexity of state-level regulatory requirements. Serving over 300 clients nationwide, the platform is designed to streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and mitigate compliance risks for insurance carriers, distributors, and service providers.
Gary Harker, Founder and CEO of 3HCG, has assumed the leadership role for the combined organization, which will be headquartered in Saratoga Springs, New York. Cameron Parker, Operating Chairman of OneShield, and Phil Reynolds, Founder and Chairman of BriteCore, have joined Saratoga’s Board of Directors as part of the transaction.
