RapidRatings Introduces New Features for The FHR Exchange, Enhancing Supplier Financial Health and Transparency

RapidRatings, a provider of financial health analytics, has rolled out new capabilities and upgrades within its supplier network platform, The FHR Exchange™, designed to streamline supplier assessment and foster greater financial transparency across global supply chains.

The company introduced three key innovations aimed at reducing friction in supplier assessment while elevating high-performing vendors. The FHR Exchange, launched in 2021, is a secure membership platform where companies, from public enterprises to private suppliers, can share and access financial health ratings, analytics, and other critical information to protect and grow their businesses.

Charlie Minutella, CEO of RapidRatings, stated, “Resilience is today’s differentiator—and it’s built through operational excellence and transparency with critical partners. That’s why we set out to provide suppliers and vendors with best-in-class tools and a trusted network to demonstrate financial strength, optimize business performance, collaborate more effectively with partners, and drive resilience and growth.”Among the enhancements is the Supplier Badge Program, which recognizes suppliers and vendors committed to financial transparency or demonstrating superior financial health and resilience. Badges are awarded based on a company’s FHR percentile rank and identify the season of recognition, such as H1 2026 or H2 2026. The program includes four levels: Platinum Badge (Top 5%, 95th percentile and above), Gold Badge (Top 20%, 80th percentile and above), Silver Badge (Top 35%, 65th percentile and above), and Rated Badge (awarded for completing a current RapidRatings assessment). Companies earning a badge can promote it publicly.

Another new feature, ActionPath, is designed to translate financial analysis into actionable strategies for suppliers. It provides a guided improvement plan that identifies financial goals most likely to boost a supplier’s FHR, recommends prioritized strategies, and allows members to build personalized plans with measurable targets. Suppliers can use ActionPath to diagnose weaknesses, strategize with recommended actions, plan and track projected FHR improvements, and share their progress with customers.

QuickSync facilitates seamless and efficient financial data sharing for suppliers. This connector syncs directly with their accounting systems, enabling instant data transfers without manual collation, spreadsheet entry, or file uploads. This functionality aims to reduce data errors and clarification requests, leading to faster ratings. The system also supports scheduled recurring uploads to ensure timely rating refreshes.

RapidRatings provides financial health transparency between business partners, delivering analysis of the financial health of both public and private companies. The company has conducted over 500,000 ratings across 150 countries, utilizing financial statements directly from private companies.
