Entrust, a provider of identity-centric security solutions, has formed a strategic partnership with CreditBank PNG (CBP) to introduce digital and card payment services to customers across Papua New Guinea.The collaboration aims to support CBP’s digital transformation strategy and its objective of becoming a leading digital bank within the region. CreditBank PNG selected the Entrust Digital Card Solution, citing its comprehensive platform, robust features, and integration capabilities.Through this implementation, CBP customers can now securely tokenize their Visa cards, facilitating faster and more secure transactions. The bank’s mobile application also incorporates a payment wallet, enabling contactless purchases directly from smartphones without the requirement of a physical card.
