It also features a Notice Tracker utilizing AI to analyze and centralize tax authority notices, a Deliverables Hub for work products and supporting documents, and a Communication Hub for secure in-platform messaging.
The platform incorporates several AI-powered features, notably in notice management, which digitizes and analyzes tax authority communications to reduce manual effort. Armanino plans further AI enhancements, including an upcoming update that will enable AI-enabled document mapping to automatically identify, organize, and match client files to requests, aiming to improve client experience and accelerate turnaround times.
