Vanco, a provider of secure digital payments and online giving, and ACS Technologies (ACST), a church management software leader, have announced their unification into a single organization. This integration aims to streamline operations for ministries, schools, and nonprofits, allowing them to focus more on their communities and less on administrative systems.
Together, the combined entity will offer integrated church management and secure payment solutions under one team. This is intended to provide churches with faster support, fewer procedural handoffs, and clear accountability. Vanco and ACST have a partnership history spanning over a decade, and their unified operations will now serve more than 40,000 churches and ministries.
Vanco’s faith organization will now operate under the ACS Technologies name. Its payment functionalities will be integrated into ACST’s platforms, including Realm and MinistryPlatform, to create a more seamless workflow for churches. Vanco’s education-focused solutions, such as RevTrak for school payments and SmartCare for daycare services, will continue under the RevTrak brand.
