Arlington, Va. – Core4ce, a federal contractor specializing in defense technology solutions, has partnered with InfoBase Publishers, Inc., creator of the DACIS competitive intelligence platform, to introduce CrossSight, an AI-driven product designed to provide real-time, defensible due diligence reports for federal acquisition, compliance, and M&A teams. The new platform, announced at the American Aerospace & Defense Summit, is scheduled for availability in early January 2026.

CrossSight integrates Core4ce’s AI/ML engine and proprietary data with InfoBase’s DACIS platform. It leverages cyber intelligence, open-source analysis, and Core4ce’s deep and dark web data to produce audit-ready risk assessments rapidly. The platform addresses significant third-party exposure risks within the federal landscape, a concern highlighted by SecurityScorecard data, which indicates that 58 percent of breaches affecting the top 100 U.

S. federal contractors originated via third-party attack vectors.

By consolidating difficult-to-access information, CrossSight aims to provide a single, defensible view of ownership, affiliations, and potential vulnerabilities. This capability is designed to enable federal agencies to evaluate partners and suppliers with increased speed and confidence, thereby mitigating risks proactively.

Todd Harbour, Managing Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Core4ce, stated that CrossSight demonstrates the company’s investments in AI, machine learning, and data innovation. He added that the platform assists customers in making rapid, informed decisions regarding partner selection, supplier risk, and program support, especially in light of federal initiatives like Golden Dome and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification program, which demand stronger supply chain oversight.

The collaboration aims to make high-quality due diligence more accessible, offering pay-per-report assessments without requiring a large enterprise deployment. InfoBase’s DACIS platform currently serves over 400 organizations, and CrossSight expands this ecosystem with automated analysis and unique datasets.

The demand for robust supply-chain security is growing, driven by recent federal efforts, including updated guidance from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and increased scrutiny of foreign influence in technology supply chains. These initiatives compel organizations to enhance vendor monitoring, identify weaknesses earlier, and ensure consistent security standards among suppliers.

Eric Hess, CEO of InfoBase, noted that due diligence has become critical for national security and program success, yet aerospace and defense teams often struggle with solutions that match the sector’s speed and complexity. He expressed excitement about the partnership with Core4ce, stating that CrossSight addresses the demand for specialized, domain-specific intelligence.

As agencies face increasing pressure to validate suppliers and reinforce supply-chain security, CrossSight provides a practical solution. It combines government-grade data, advanced analytics, and intuitive outputs to support both quick screening processes and more in-depth investigative reviews.
