Pagaya Technologies LTD. (NASDAQ: PGY), a global technology company providing AI-driven product solutions for the financial ecosystem, announced the completion of its RPM 2025-6 auto asset-backed securitization (ABS), valued at $400 million.

This transaction represents a continuation of Pagaya’s established Auto ABS program, demonstrating its capacity to deliver consistent, high-quality assets to investors.

Sahil Chandiramani, Head of Capital Markets at Pagaya, stated that RPM 2025-6 was priced to market and received support from both new and returning investors who have participated in previous RPM deals. He noted that this engagement validates the quality of the collateral and the structure provided by Pagaya, and the company plans to continue executing its ABS programs throughout the year and beyond.

Evangelos Perros, CFO of Pagaya, highlighted that 2024 has been a record year for the company, underscoring its ability to perform across various market conditions. He mentioned the expansion of Pagaya’s institutional investor network, which now includes over 150 participants. Perros added that the company improved its ABS cost of capital and supported its partners’ needs through disciplined pricing and optimized structures, with the platform’s stability and performance being key to delivering high-quality, aligned assets to investors.

To date, Pagaya has completed 18 ABS transactions this year, amassing over $7.6 billion across personal loans, auto, and point-of-sale segments. This marks the largest capital raise in the history of Pagaya’s ABS program, reflecting the platform’s resilience and the performance of its assets. This performance is attributed to long-standing lender relationships, repeat investors, and a consistent, data-driven approach to structuring and underwriting. Pagaya intends to maintain its focus on responsible programmatic issuance, aligning with its partners’ growth objectives and upholding strong asset quality throughout market cycles.
