SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. announced that Voss Capital, a Houston, Texas-based fund manager specializing in value-oriented special situations, has selected SS&C GlobeOp as its fund administrator. The engagement involves SS&C providing a full suite of fund services for two of Voss Capital’s funds, which manage $375 million in assets, along with servicing its separately managed accounts.
Voss Capital initially utilized SS&C’s Eze Eclipse platform before expanding its collaboration to include fund administration with SS&C GlobeOp. Bhagesh Malde, Head of SS&C GlobeOp, noted that the collaboration supports Voss Capital’s ongoing growth and business optimization, highlighting SS&C’s capacity to deliver tailored solutions for private market managers across its technology stack.
Taylor Steinhauff, COO of Voss Capital, stated that the move aimed to streamline operations, improve processes, and accelerate reporting as the business expanded. Steinhauff also mentioned that SS&C’s portal technology has consolidated key workflows, including wire management, NAV review, and investor activity, which has helped to reduce friction and enhance transparency. Additionally, Voss Capital plans to implement SS&C’s Tax Brightline offering to enhance tax management for its taxable accounts, and praised the accessibility and responsiveness of SS&C’s Dallas-based support team.
SS&C’s solution integrates investment operations, middle-office trade reconciliation, administration, and regulatory and investor reporting. The company, headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut, supports fund managers of various sizes, from emerging to multi-billion-dollar firms, with its technology and service offerings. Voss Capital, which manages a total of $1.5 billion in assets as of September 30, 2025, focuses on fundamental research-driven, bottom-up, value-oriented special situations, managing both the long/short Voss Value Fund (VVF) and the long-only Voss Value-Oriented Special Situations (VVOSS) fund.
