Zocks, an AI assistant for financial services, and Kestra Financial, a wealth management platform, have announced an agreement to make Zocks available to Kestra’s network of more than 1,300 financial professionals. This partnership provides Kestra-affiliated financial professionals with built-in access to the Zocks AI assistant platform.
The Zocks platform is designed to automate administrative tasks such as client meeting preparation, note-taking, and updates to CRM and planning systems. It aims to offer enterprise-grade security and compliance for these functions. The integration of Zocks is intended to allow financial professionals supported by Kestra to dedicate more time to client interactions by reducing administrative workload.
Mark Gilbert, CEO of Zocks, stated that the collaboration allows Kestra’s financial professionals to use AI in a practical, compliant manner that integrates into their daily operations, delivering immediate time savings and value. He added that this initiative establishes a new benchmark for advisor AI, enhancing efficiency and strengthening client relationships while maintaining high compliance standards.
Before finalizing the agreement, Kestra conducted a months-long pilot program evaluating various AI note-taking capabilities. Approximately 25 representatives from its advisor community participated, providing feedback, discussing experiences, and identifying challenges weekly. Zach Tingle, a Kestra financial professional with Roseman Wealth Advisors, noted that the tool significantly reduced meeting preparation and note-taking time, returning valuable time to advisors. He also highlighted that the consistent structure facilitated easy hand-offs between advisors in an ensemble practice.
Vinay Kant, Chief Digital Technology Officer of Kestra Holdings, commented on AI’s role in reshaping how financial professionals operate by streamlining workflows, boosting productivity, and scaling impact. He emphasized that the partnership with Zocks aligns with Kestra’s commitment to providing advisors with tools that save time, enhance service, and meet industry compliance standards. Kant also mentioned that Zocks offers the flexibility and ease required by their advisors.
