PostFinance Expands FICO Partnership to Enhance Fraud Protection and Customer Communications

PostFinance, Switzerland’s leading digital bank, has expanded its partnership with analytics software company FICO to enhance its fraud protection and customer communication capabilities.

The collaboration will see PostFinance increase its utilization of FICO® Falcon® Fraud Manager for debit card transactions and FICO® Customer Communication Services (CCS) to enable immediate customer intervention when suspicious activity is detected. This expansion builds upon several years of successful cooperation between the two entities.

PostFinance serves 2.4 million customers across Switzerland, managing approximately 4 million daily customer transactions with a total value of CHF 5.9 billion. It is estimated that one-third of all debit card transactions in Switzerland, for both domestic and international use, are conducted using PostFinance debit cards.
