Vine, a commercial lending accelerator, has announced a partnership with Alogent, a software solutions provider for financial institutions, to integrate Vine’s AI-powered lending platform with Alogent’s AccuAccount loan management system, creating a unified document workflow from application to post-close.
This collaboration combines Vine’s capabilities in credit analysis—including credit spreading, loan narrative creation, and credit memo preparation—with AccuAccount’s post-booking management tools. AccuAccount manages the entire loan lifecycle, offering features for exception tracking, audit preparation, and maintaining comprehensive loan records. The integration aims to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and provide a unified experience across both platforms, leading to more effective oversight and streamlined compliance.
David Eads, CEO and co-founder of Vine, emphasized the importance of portfolio oversight, particularly during economic shifts. He stated, “Through our partnership, lenders can make fast, informed decisions and easily reference and review loan documents over the life of the loan. Together, Vine and Alogent are enabling banks and credit unions to manage all of their loan documents within a connected, auditable workflow that ensures portfolios are managed efficiently and lenders are set up for ongoing success.”
Dede Wakefield, CEO at Alogent, commented on the alignment of the partnership with Alogent’s mission. “Our collaboration with Vine aligns with our mission to simplify and modernize banking operations by giving lenders a single source of truth for all their important loan data,” Wakefield said. She added that these streamlined document workflows are designed for easy reference in reporting, reviews, or audits, ensuring lenders are prepared for efficient operations and effective borrower management.
