Haven Capital Partners, in collaboration with Altaline Capital Management, has announced the acquisition of Saratoga Compliance Solutions, a new entity formed by the combination of 3H Compliance Group and National Licensing Compliance Group, establishing one of the industry’s most comprehensive solution suites for insurance compliance with over 300 clients.
The Saratoga platform is designed to manage the increasing complexity of state-level compliance requirements for insurance carriers, distributors, and service providers. This unification aims to streamline operations and reduce regulatory risk for clients across the nation. Gary Harker, founder and CEO of 3HCG, will lead the combined organization, which is headquartered in Saratoga Springs, New York.
In connection with the transaction, Cameron Parker, Operating Chairman of OneShield—a provider of core systems software and digital solutions to the insurance industry—and Phil Reynolds, Founder and Chairman of BriteCore—a provider of policy administration systems to the insurance industry—have joined Saratoga’s Board of Directors.
