ACI Worldwide and Prosa have completed a significant infrastructure upgrade, successfully migrating Prosa’s clearing house services to a new, state-of-the-art data center in Monterrey, Mexico, enhancing the resilience and security of the country’s electronic payments ecosystem.
This migration positions Mexico as a regional and global leader in operational continuity, security, and resilience, setting a new standard for advanced payment solutions. Prosa, one of Latin America’s largest payments processors, now operates the region’s only triple-active data center model, which supports over 5,000 transactions per second. The upgrade ensures the highest levels of availability, regulatory compliance, and business continuity for its clients and partners across the financial ecosystem.
Monterrey was chosen for the data center’s strategic location, which has low seismic and climate risk, and is supported by Triara’s ICREA Level VI-rated facility.
