Dynamic Advisor Solutions, an RIA providing integrated business solutions for wealth advisors, has announced a strategic partnership with Aculis, an artificial intelligence platform, to develop and deploy a secure AI enterprise solution for its Wealth360™ tech stack.

The new AI layer will serve as the intelligent engine behind Wealth360™, Dynamic’s integrated technology accessible through a single sign-on. Built on Aculis’ secure, model-agnostic, and modular platform, this AI layer will be deployed across Dynamic’s advisor network and virtual home office team. Its aim is to enable deeper automation, personalization, and insight generation across advisory business functions, all within a protected enterprise environment that maintains the privacy and segmentation of firm, practice, and client data.

The Dynamic-Aculis solution will introduce numerous AI workflow and process agents, described as intelligent digital assistants specifically trained for Dynamic’s advisors and staff. These agents are designed to streamline daily operations by automating routine tasks, including knowledge queries, compliance checks, client onboarding and communication workflows, personalized client and advisor outreach, and real-time business insights.

Jim Cannon, Dynamic founder and CEO, stated, “Our alliance with Aculis marks a new day for Dynamic and the future of how AI will power our affiliated advisory firms.” Cannon added that Dynamic is “honored to be the first enterprise engagement for Aculis’ world class AI architecture as we continue our relentless pursuit of innovation and the intentional balance of technology and people.”

Unlike open consumer AI tools, this new architecture ensures that sensitive client information and proprietary work processes remain within the Dynamic platform. This includes data from Dynamic’s CRM, portfolio accounting, email, document management, financial planning, custodian, and other systems.

Asad Naeem, Aculis founder and CEO, commented, “Our goal with Dynamic is to show that AI can be powerful and responsible at the same time.” He emphasized that Aculis has “created an enterprise-grade platform that enables enterprises to deploy world-class AI agents with complete flexibility to match the enterprise’s needs, while at the same time adhere to the strictest standards of data security and governance.”

The partnership also involves close collaboration with Dynamic affiliate firm Crestview Capital Management in Thousand Oaks, California. Managing partners Brian Bucell, CFP®, and Tom McCann, CFP®, who are also co-founders of Aculis, serve as strategic advisors for the initiative.

Cannon noted, “Tom and Brian’s real-world insights from the advisor perspective are helping shape and refine the first generation of advisor and client workflow agents deployed across Dynamic’s network.” He concluded, “It’s not just about having AI, it’s about building an intelligent ecosystem that continually learns, adapts, and improves the productivity and ability to better serve more clients.”

Aculis is an enterprise AI company that provides secure, model-agnostic platforms for organizations to create and deploy tailored AI agents, focusing on data integrity, privacy, customizability, and scalability. Dynamic Advisor Solutions, with over $6.5 billion in assets, offers integrated business solutions for independent wealth advisors, supporting them with various affiliation models and a technology platform.

Members of the Aculis team, including Naeem, McCann, Bucell, and Chief Technology Officer Ehsan Mahpour, are scheduled to attend Financial Planning’s Advise AI conference from October 28-29 at Wynn Las Vegas, booth #12. Dynamic’s Chief Technology Officer Justin Patrick and Chief Business Development Officer Steve Kulesza, CFP®, will also be present to discuss the partnership’s impact on the independent advisor community.
