Balance, a financial infrastructure provider for B2B commerce, has partnered with B-Stock, a leading B2B recommerce platform, to offer flexible payment options and net terms to qualified business buyers. The integration enables B-Stock to provide an enhanced, fully embedded payment experience on its online resale platform, featuring a white-labeled interface.
Through this partnership, B-Stock’s eligible buyers can access 30-day payment terms, which helps them secure inventory without immediate cash flow constraints. Balance’s AI-powered underwriting engine facilitates instant credit decisions with high approval rates and automatically adjusts buyer credit limits in real time, thereby increasing purchasing power for essential inventory.
B-Stock’s new B2B payment infrastructure is also designed to accelerate order fulfillment. Balance’s DSO Protection guarantees funds, allowing orders to be released sooner without increasing accounts receivable overhead or credit risk for B-Stock. This approach aims to drive greater operational efficiency for sellers on the platform.
Marcus Shen, CEO of B-Stock, stated, “This partnership gives buyers of all sizes the confidence to bid on valuable merchandise with extended payment terms, freeing up working capital they can reinvest in their businesses. At the same time, by accelerating fulfillment, we’re able to drive greater operational efficiency for our sellers; it’s a win-win for everyone involved.”
Bar Geron, CEO and Co-Founder of Balance, added, “We’re proud to serve B-Stock and its buyers with the financial infrastructure that makes B2B commerce faster, smarter, and more efficient.” Balance’s AI-powered solution manages the full invoice-to-cash cycle, including automated invoicing, continuous AI credit underwriting, AI collection capabilities, and a cash-application AI copilot for reconciliation. This system can operate autonomously or in a hybrid model, allowing merchants to maintain control over specific processes.
This collaboration follows Balance’s recent integrations with other major platforms such as Alibaba.com and Instacart Business, where its technology optimizes payments across B2B channels. Balance specializes in embedded payments, digital trade credit, and B2B BNPL solutions, aiming to boost revenue, lower payment costs, and improve cash flow for enterprises by streamlining B2B payments from onboarding to reconciliation. B-Stock operates as the world’s largest B2B recommerce platform, connecting sellers and buyers of returned, trade-in, and overstock inventory through various online resale channels.
