Nitrogen, a developer of integrated software for financial advisors, has announced the availability of its Q3 2025 product release, introducing the AI Meeting Center alongside significant enhancements to its Firm Controls, Risk Center, Planning Center, and Research Center.

“Our mission is to empower the world to invest fearlessly, and that means building technology that removes friction, speeds up workflows, and strengthens client relationships,” said Justin Boatman, Chief Product Officer at Nitrogen. “This release is packed with advisor feedback brought to life, from making meetings more efficient with AI Meeting Center to giving firms deeper visibility into their holdings, risk alignment, and portfolio optimization.”

The AI Meeting Center functions as a purpose-built, compliant meeting assistant that automatically generates curated, categorized, and editable meeting notes without storing transcripts or recordings. The tool integrates with platforms such as Zoom, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Redtail, with Wealthbox integration planned. It is available at no additional cost for Nitrogen Complete users and as an add-on for other plans, aiming to help advisors save time, reduce administrative burden, and maintain compliance during client interactions.

Firm Controls has been upgraded to redefine firm-wide oversight by integrating advisor-defined households from Risk Center into a unified dashboard. This aims to streamline the onboarding process and minimize data inconsistencies by transforming manual implementation into an automated integration. Within Risk Center, known for its risk alignment and proposal tools, new features include Asset Class Drill-Downs, which identify holdings driving exposure in specific categories, and Smart Template Matching for file imports, enabling AI to detect and map formats automatically.

Planning Center, the platform’s financial planning tool, now offers a more flexible interface with collapsible timeline events, designed to simplify the modeling of client goals and retirement income streams. Nitrogen’s Research Center, an investment analytics and research hub, introduces two major enhancements: Allocation Optimizer calculates efficient portfolio allocations to meet a client’s target Risk Number, allowing advisors to set parameters, compare solutions, and implement changes within the workspace. The Sandbox feature enables advisors to test adjustments directly within the Stats tab without overriding existing data, facilitating real-time experimentation with portfolio or model changes before committing to a proposal.

These updates are released as wealth management firms face pressure to deliver personalized advice, demonstrate value to clients, and navigate increasing regulatory scrutiny. The AI Meeting Center addresses industry challenges related to meeting administration, aiming to free up advisor time for client engagement. Expanded oversight tools, such as the Holdings Dashboard within Firm Controls, respond to firms’ need for transparency and control over portfolio risk.

Boatman added, “Technology that’s built for advisors, not retrofitted from other industries, can directly impact client trust, growth, and retention. We believe these capabilities will become table stakes for leading advisory firms in the next few years.”

The Q3 2025 release is available now. Nitrogen, which began as Riskalyze in 2011, provides an integrated client engagement software platform that includes risk tolerance, proposal generation, investment research, and financial planning tools for financial advisors and wealth management firms. The company developed the Risk Number, based on a Nobel Prize-winning academic framework, and promotes the Fearless Investing Movement.
