Bardavon has launched Link, a new digital portal designed for Adjusters and Nurse Case Managers (NCMs) to enhance clarity, efficiency, and actionable insight within injury case management and physical rehabilitation processes.
The Link platform serves as an online destination, providing Adjusters and NCMs with 24/7 access to critical information. Key features include at-a-glance case summaries with visit counts, estimated case duration, and authorized visits remaining. It also offers snapshot views of patient case status, highlighting risk levels, no-shows, care gaps, and reauthorization needs. Users can easily view and download case notes, which are updated nightly, and access comprehensive case details covering appointments, attendance, predictive analytics, and pending actions. The portal also incorporates quality oversight through clinical team interventions and stakeholder alerts regarding case progression.
Built on the same platform utilized by Bardavon’s clinical oversight team, Link consolidates information previously disseminated incrementally via email or fax, presenting it in a digestible format for actionable insights. This provides Adjusters and NCMs with a 360-degree view of case management, mirroring the perspective of Bardavon’s clinical staff.
Jen Henry, VP of Clinical Operations and Services at Bardavon, stated, “We’re excited to roll out the Link online portal as part of our commitment to building tools and workflow guides focused on supporting Adjusters and Nurse Case Managers, with the hope of supercharging their workflow.” She added, “Link empowers our partners to proactively manage cases, access critical insights, and take timely action to keep care on track. Most importantly, it allows them to manage cases on their time, with the certainty of complete and consolidated case information.”
The name “Link” signifies the portal’s objective: connecting stakeholders to timely, relevant information to foster collaboration, improve communication, and accelerate case progression. Future iterations of Link are expected to introduce features such as one-click submission for new referrals and re-authorizations, alongside visibility into referral status.
Bardavon emphasizes that Link is not mandatory, respecting individual communication and reporting preferences, allowing users to continue receiving details via email or fax if preferred. Consistent with other Bardavon program enhancements like Recovery+, there are no additional charges or fees associated with the Link portal.
Sarah Meyer, Chief Operating Officer at Bardavon, commented, “Ultimately, we see the release of Link as a natural extension of our commitment to developing tools that make the jobs of Nurse Case Managers and Adjusters easier, better, and more straight-forward.” Meyer also noted, “Our focus is on meeting each end user where they are—adapting to their preferred workflow and timing, so they can work in the way that suits them best.”
