CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC), a cloud platform provider for the P&C insurance sector, and Elitek Vehicle Services, an LKQ company, have expanded their integration to automatically incorporate Elitek’s mobile sublet services into CCC ONE workfiles.
The expanded integration allows for the digital capture of both diagnostic and non-diagnostic services performed by Elitek, aiming to reduce administrative tasks and support more comprehensive repair records. This new phase builds upon an initial integration launched in 2023, which enabled documentation from Elitek’s remote diagnostics services, including invoices, scan, and calibration reports, to flow directly into CCC ONE.
The current enhancement extends this functionality to additional mobile services conducted onsite by Elitek technicians, automating the delivery of critical information into collision repair workflows. This efficiency is intended to assist repair facilities in managing increasing repair complexity, ongoing staffing challenges, and the need for thorough documentation of vehicle repairs. Activating these expanded capabilities incurs no additional cost for existing CCC and Elitek customers.
Mark Fincher, Vice President of Product Management at CCC, stated that the integration aims to help repairers manage rising complexity and staffing issues. “By expanding our integration with Elitek, we’re helping shops reduce manual steps and improve repair documentation, all within the workflows they already use every day,” Fincher said.
Elitek Vehicle Services delivers mobile diagnostics and sublet services directly to collision repair facilities, assisting with repairs that may be outside a shop’s in-house capabilities. The integration ensures that service documentation is automatically attached to the relevant CCC ONE repair order, eliminating the need for manual data entry or uploads.
Glen Dixon, Senior Director of North American Operations at Elitek Vehicle Services, commented on the value of the expanded relationship. “Adding documentation from more of our services into CCC ONE helps streamline operations, reduce time spent managing sublet work and makes it even easier for our customers to perform ADAS calibrations, mechanical, electrical and other sublet services,” Dixon noted.
Elitek is a participating provider within the CCC Diagnostics Network, a platform that includes multiple diagnostics and sublet service partners. This network offers repairers flexibility in choosing providers while maintaining consistent and complete documentation within CCC ONE.
