Ian Macallister Appointed EVP of Strategy and Business Development at Proof

Proof, an identity authorization network, has appointed Ian Macallister as its new Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Macallister’s role will focus on integrating legacy financial systems with emerging fintech to support Proof’s objective of embedding high-assurance, legally verifiable identity across the financial ecosystem.Macallister brings experience from senior leadership roles at Plaid, Unit21, and Early Warning, where he directed partnerships and product strategy at the intersection of identity, risk, and payments. At Early Warning, he contributed to the scaling of Zelle, coordinating banks, card networks, and core processors to facilitate the adoption of real-time payments.
