Arch Insurance North America has announced the deployment of an initial release of Guidewire ClaimCenter, establishing it as the company’s new system for claims management. This implementation leverages the Guidewire Cloud Platform.
The deployment project for Arch Insurance North America was led by Deloitte Consulting LLP, a Guidewire PartnerConnect Consulting Global Premier member. Arch Insurance North America, part of Arch Capital Group Ltd., encompasses its insurance operations in the United States and Canada, writing business through entities such as Arch Insurance Company and Arch Insurance Canada Ltd.
