Sprout.ai, an insurance automation technology provider, has expanded its partnership with global insurer MetLife to enhance claims automation and elevate the customer experience across multiple territories in the US, Asia, and Latin America. This collaboration aims to improve the accuracy and speed of claims processing, building on previous successes. Sprout.ai’s purpose-built AI technology integrates with existing insurer systems to facilitate swift and fair automated claims decisions.
