Xiid Corp., a company specializing in pre-emptive cyber defense, and Cytex Inc., an innovator in AI-driven cybersecurity, have announced a strategic partnership to integrate their respective platforms, Terniion™ and AICenturion. This collaboration aims to provide continuous threat monitoring, detection, and remediation, empowering enterprises to secure critical assets by rendering them unreachable to threat actors while offering real-time protection, data security, and compliance. Both companies aim to address common enterprise security challenges, including the reactive nature of threat management, operational complexity, and increasingly stringent compliance requirements, with cost-effective and easy-to-implement solutions.

The strategic partnership combines Cytex’s AICenturion and LEO with Xiid’s Terniion platform. Cytex’s AICenturion is an AI security and governance layer that actively discovers AI instances, protects sensitive data, enforces compliance, and facilitates AI initiatives. Its embedded AI engine, LEO, further enables rapid risk discovery and remediation. Xiid’s Terniion platform, featuring its patented SealedTunnel technology, is designed to eliminate attacker pathways and make infrastructure undiscoverable. SealedTunnel provides outbound-only, triple-layer, quantum-secure encryption, offering proactive protection for all environments, including AI agentic platforms.

The timing of this alliance coincides with escalating cybersecurity threats from agentic AI and growing regulatory pressures. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has finalized new cybersecurity disclosure requirements for publicly listed companies in the United States. Globally, the European Union has enacted the EU AI Act, the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Additionally, the U.

S. government is expected to advance a proposal to strengthen the HIPAA Security Rule.

Simultaneously, the proliferation of AI agents is intensifying the cyberthreat landscape. Gartner predicts that AI agents will halve the time required to exploit account exposures by 2027. Forrester projects that agentic AI deployments will lead to a public breach this year, potentially resulting in employee dismissals. McKinsey reports a 1200% surge in phishing attacks since the rise of Generative AI. Even OpenAI, a pioneer in AI, has issued warnings regarding the high cybersecurity risks associated with AI models.

Andrew Surwilo, CEO of Cytex, stated, “As enterprises race to harness the transformative power of AI agents across their workflows, a foundational security and governance layer is mandatory for safe, compliant, and scalable adoption. While industry is embracing the benefits of AI, the organizations that embed secure-by-design governance with proactive risk management and automated remediation will emerge as the clear leaders in the enterprise landscape.”

Xiid CEO Steve Visconti added, “While no organization can achieve foolproof protection, AI-driven solutions that identify threats in real time, automatically contain them, and then harden the environment against repeat attacks can significantly enhance enterprise security and compliance. This collaboration creates the potential to deploy Terniion as a deterministic, preventive security fabric alongside Cytex’s threat protection solution, giving customers the real-time ability to spin up SealedTunnel connections as new threats are identified, making critical assets non-routable and stopping any potential lateral movement before it starts.”

Cytex specializes in AI-powered cybersecurity, offering patented solutions for real-time protection, monitoring, data security, and compliance. Xiid delivers quantum-resistant, deterministic network security through its Terniion platform, powered by SealedTunnel and the Aclave authentication management system. Terniion is designed to eliminate exposure and simplify security stacks, preventing attackers from finding or exploiting vulnerabilities.
